AutoBahn Sales & Leasing, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the dealer”) and any financial institution(s) we select may retain this application and any other application or information you provide, whether or not credit is approved. You certify that all information provided in this and any related application is true, accurate, and complete. You understand that false or misleading statements may result in criminal penalties. The terms “you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to each applicant submitting this form. You authorize AutoBahn Sales & Leasing and any participating financial institution(s) to submit this credit application to other lenders or institutions as needed to fulfill your request for credit. These financial institutions may review your information on their own behalf and on behalf of AutoBahn Sales & Leasing. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you authorize us and any financial institution involved in this transaction to obtain your consumer credit report from one or more credit reporting agencies, both during the application process and at any time thereafter for updates, renewals, refinancing, or extensions of credit. Upon your written request, we will inform you whether a credit report was obtained and provide the name and address of the credit bureau used. You further authorize us to verify your employment, income, assets, and debts, and permit any person or entity receiving a copy of this disclosure to release such information to us. You also authorize us to gather and evaluate your credit and employment history as needed to process this and any future applications. We may monitor or record phone calls for quality assurance, compliance, and training. By providing your cell phone number, you consent to receive calls or messages (including automated or prerecorded calls) related to servicing or collection from AutoBahn Sales & Leasing or any assignee of your credit contract.
