By submitting this application, you understand and agree that you are applying for credit through AutoBahn Sales & Leasing LLC by providing the information requested. We may retain this application, any other applications you submit, and information about you, regardless of whether the application is approved. You certify that all information provided in this application, and in any other application submitted to us, is true, complete, and accurate. You acknowledge that providing false information may subject you to criminal penalties.

For the purposes of this application, the words “you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to each individual submitting this application. The words “we,” “us,” “our,” and “ours” refer to AutoBahn Sales & Leasing LLC, the dealer, and any financial institution(s) selected to receive your application. You authorize AutoBahn Sales & Leasing LLC to submit this application, and any other application submitted in connection with the proposed transaction, to the financial institutions disclosed to you. These applications will be reviewed by such financial institutions on their behalf and on behalf of AutoBahn Sales & Leasing LLC.

In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you authorize that such financial institutions may share your application with other financial institutions to fulfill your request to apply for credit. You agree that AutoBahn Sales & Leasing LLC may obtain consumer credit reports periodically from one or more consumer reporting agencies in connection with the proposed transaction and any updates, renewals, refinancings, modifications, or extensions. Additionally, you authorize AutoBahn Sales & Leasing LLC or any affiliate to obtain credit reports at any time, and you may request to know if a credit report was obtained, along with the name and address of the reporting agency.

You authorize AutoBahn Sales & Leasing LLC to verify your employment, income, assets, and debts. Any party receiving a copy of this application is authorized to provide such information. You further authorize AutoBahn Sales & Leasing LLC to gather any credit or employment history it deems necessary to evaluate this application and any related applications. You understand that AutoBahn Sales & Leasing LLC will rely on the information provided when making its credit decision.

Telephone calls regarding your account may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, compliance, training, or similar purposes. By providing your cell phone number, you consent to receiving servicing and collection calls on your cell phone using an auto-dialer or prerecorded message. This consent applies to AutoBahn Sales & Leasing LLC, as the originating creditor, and any assignee who may purchase your credit contract.

Federal Notices
To help the government fight terrorism and money laundering, federal law requires financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person opening an account. This may include your name, address, date of birth, and identification documents.

State Notices

  • California Residents: Married applicants may apply for separate accounts.

  • Maine and Tennessee Residents: Physical damage insurance is required for the term of the contract. Liability insurance is also required for leases. Insurance may be purchased from any agent or company reasonably acceptable to us.

  • New Hampshire Residents: If applying for a balloon payment contract, you may request a written estimate of the monthly payment amount for refinancing before entering the contract.

  • New York Residents: A consumer report may be obtained in connection with your application. If credit is extended, additional reports may be ordered for updates or renewals. You may request disclosure of any reports obtained.

  • Ohio Residents: Credit is available equally to all qualified applicants. Separate credit histories may be maintained on request.

  • Rhode Island Residents: You may choose your insurance provider, subject to our reasonable approval.

  • Vermont Residents: You authorize AutoBahn Sales & Leasing LLC and any financial institution receiving your application to obtain and verify information necessary to evaluate your credit. Additional reports may be obtained if credit is granted.

  • Wisconsin Residents (Married Applicants): Any marital property agreement, unilateral statement, or court decree that adversely affects our interest will not apply unless provided or known prior to granting credit. Individual applicants should complete Section A; non-applicant spouses should not sign if credit is requested individually.
